Position paper on corporate capture of the health system in Russia and its implications for access to medicines

In anticipation of the activities related to the UN General Assembly in New York, researchers from Russia and Australia have prepared a position paper reflecting illegal and informal practices of the pharmaceutical industry, as well as shortcomings in healthcare management in Russia, and their implications for access to medicines in the country.

The results of this study will be presented on September 24 at the round table on inequality, which will take place at the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Indonesia to the United Nations in New York.

The document was prepared in partnership with Oxfam, GCAP Russia and ITPC in Russia with the financial support of the European Commission.
